The SCARLATA CATTLE COMPANY was established in 2017. S&S CATTLE which is still an active entity of the Scarlata family cattle operation was established in 2013. The Scarlata family have been raising cattle since the early 1970's in Oxford, Florida. THE SCARLATA CORPORATION was established in 1974. 

The SCARLATA CATTLE COMPANY has registered cattle as well as non-registered commercial cattle. All the bulls used as herd sires for the registered and commercial herds are registered bulls.

The SCARLATA CATTLE COMPANY currently uses a variety of bulls, including Black Angus, Chianina, Chiangus, Chiford, Hereford, Maine Anjou and Simmental. All bulls are registered.  

The SCARLATA CATTLE COMPANY's current sires listed are in the pastures currently being used in the breeding process of the herds. The retired bulls were actually used in the pastures during past breeding seasons and no longer being used.  

THE SCARLATA CORPORATION, established in 1974 used Black Angus, Brahman, Hereford and Santa Gertrudis bulls. S&S CATTLE, established in 2013, still an active entity in the Scarlata cattle operation, used Brahman bulls as well as the breeds of bulls listed on the current SCARLATA CATTLE COMPANY bulls list. With that said, the answer is YES. The Brahman & Santa Gertrudis influence is still present in parts of the commercial herds.
